By registering on the eAwas Portal as a Non-HSVP employee, I hereby declare and agree to the following terms and conditions:

• I affirm that I am currently working as a Regular Employee in a Department of the Government of Haryana, other than the Haryana Shahari Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP).
• I declare that all the information provided by me during the registration process on the eAwas Portal is true, correct, and complete to the best of my knowledge and belief.
• I understand that if any of the information provided by me is found to be false, incorrect, misleading, or misrepresented, I shall be personally liable for disciplinary or departmental proceedings as per the applicable rules and regulations of my parent department and the Government of Haryana.
• I acknowledge that HSVP and/or the competent authorities reserve the right to verify the details provided, and to reject or cancel my registration without prior notice in case of any discrepancy or ineligibility found during or after verification.
• I agree to abide by all the rules, guidelines, and instructions issued from time to time regarding the use of the eAwas Portal and understand that non-compliance may result in suspension or cancellation of access.
